We are Almased, a well-established health, wellness, and human performance brand, seeking a documentary-style filmmaker to create high-quality video and visual content that highlights our science-backed products and family legacy. Our leadership is engaged and available for interviews, and our product has decades of credibility, supported by extensive research and used by medical professionals and athletes alike. The filmmaker should feel comfortable working independently, leading interviews with real people from various backgrounds, and capturing cinematic, documentary-style footage both on location and in the field. You will be responsible for the complete filmmaking process including shooting, editing, managing audio, and occasionally still photography, with access to top-of-the-line company equipment as needed. The creative direction focuses on documentary interviews with doctors and researchers, features on athletes and performances, and legacy stories, all requiring the ability to create warm, credible, and cinematic content for both social and broadcast use. This can be a flexible, part-time contract role based in the US, with travel opportunities and collaboration with our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of production, have a strong background in documentary filmmaking or similar fields, and be eager to help us consistently share our story in a powerful, visually appealing way.
