The Creative Short-Form Video Strategist / Content Creator position at Dynasty Automotive, located in Orlando, Florida, is a part-time, freelance (on-site) role. The company is building a high-energy automotive content brand focused on supercars, track driving, and car culture. The content will be a blend of raw driving footage, humor, storytelling, and performance builds aimed at creating engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller and content creator who excels in capturing attention, maintaining viewer interest, and transforming real automotive experiences into captivating social media content. Responsibilities include developing ideas, filming, and editing engaging videos. Requirements for the Role

Position Details

Creative Challenge

Applicants are required to demonstrate their creative thinking by responding to a challenge: Create a viral video concept featuring a McLaren in the shop, outlining the first three seconds (the hook), the middle content, and the payoff at the end. A link to a previously successful social media video is also encouraged.
