Job Description

We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer (Mobile Conversion Focus) for a short-term project. We’re looking for a strong UX/UI designer to audit and improve the mobile experience on our website with the clear goal of increasing the mobile conversion rate. Current conversion rates are approximately 20% for mobile and 30% for desktop, with a target to reach 30%+ conversion on mobile.

This role focuses specifically on mobile (not desktop), as desktop is already performing better.

Your main tasks include:

• Reviewing our current website mobile pages (end-to-end)
• Identifying what’s hurting mobile conversion
• Proposing clear UX/UI improvements and quick wins
• Delivering a practical plan we can implement to increase conversions

What “conversion” means for us: We want more visitors to either fill out the form or call our phone number.

Requirements

• Strong mobile-first UX thinking
• Ability to turn data + behavior into design decisions
• Experience improving conversion rates (CRO mindset)
• Proven experience with US-based consumer behavior and design trends, or a portfolio that demonstrates success in the US market
• Clear communication and structured recommendations

Target Audience

• Age: 35+
• Income: middle to upper-middle / high
• Profile: families with kids and busy working people who want a reliable company to handle moving logistics
