Job Description

Aces and Oak is seeking a skilled Content Creator to partner with us as an independent contractor. You will be retained to deliver the full-scope content pipeline for assigned client social media accounts. This role focuses on the hands-on production and flawless execution of engaging social media content.

Requirements

• High-Quality Content Creation: Must be able to produce engaging short-form videos and multi-slide carousel posts.
• Video Editing: Required skill to edit raw footage into polished, high-engagement short-form video (Reels/TikToks).
• Post Development: Assemble visual assets, including graphic design elements, static images, and carousel posts to maintain brand alignment and engagement.
• Copywriting & Scheduling: Lead copywriting to develop engaging captions, strong CTAs, and effective SEO-optimized alt text.
• Software Provision: Contractor must provide their own licenses/subscriptions for photo/video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro).
• Legal Agreements: Contractors must sign a formal Service Agreement and NDA.

Additional Information

The expected earnings for this contract range from $500 to $1,000 per month, depending on client capacity and the number of deliverables required. This estimate reflects the typical earnings of current freelance content creators.
