The Team: You will join the Strategy (UX & Design) department, known for connecting business strategy, data, technology, and human experience into a single flow of value, working alongside Senior and Lead designers.

Responsibilities

As an Experience Designer at CTI, you will:

• Turn complexity into clarity by delivering key parts of design projects.
• Build scalable systems to ensure design consistency.
• Ask difficult questions to clarify problems and goals.
• Champion the user by supporting usability tests and iterations.
• Collaborate across squads with Product, Development, CRO, and QA teams.
• Tell stories to help clients and colleagues understand design decisions.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking from journeys to polished UI.
• Mastery of modern Figma, particularly with component-based systems.
• A solid understanding of core UX principles and responsive design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, ideally WCAG 2.2.
• Experience in collaborative environments, co-creating with developers and strategists.
• Familiarity with research methods such as user interviews or usability testing.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn and experiment with new tools.
