We are looking for a Content & UGC Growth Manager to drive content and creator growth in the US and European markets. This role focuses on developing short-form video strategies, collaborating with creators, and scaling high-performing content through data and paid amplification.
This is a fully remote position working with a global team.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media growth, or creator operations targeting US or European audiences.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, including platform algorithms and growth strategies.
- Familiarity: Familiar with the Western creator ecosystem and experienced in influencer or creator collaborations.
- Growth Systems: Experience building content or creator growth systems from 0 to 1 is highly preferred.
- AI Experience: Experience with AI-assisted video production or AI content tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize content based on performance data.
Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop short-form video content strategies for the US and European markets, aligning with social trends and product features to drive UGC growth.
- Creator Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage UGC creators and influencers. Build and optimize collaboration workflows to increase content output and conversion.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct weekly performance reviews of content performance, optimizing scripts, storytelling, and engagement strategies to improve reach and conversion.
- Content Amplification: Work closely with the paid advertising team to identify high-performing content and scale it through paid promotion.
- Content Production: Create and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools. Experience with AI-assisted video creation is a plus.
Additional Information
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
