Job Description

We are looking for a Freelance Digital Designer who is highly experienced in Performance Marketing Design to work on a new global eSIM brand. The role involves developing and iterating early digital marketing campaigns. You will be part of a friendly, busy studio based in Battersea, London. This position is a freelance opportunity for an initial booking of 4-6 weeks, with the potential for extension, and requires full-time hours with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days in the studio per week).

You will collaborate with a freelance performance writer to design and produce conversion-led creative built for paid media at scale, while integrating brand storytelling. You will play a key role at a pivotal build stage, helping shape a modular, scalable creative system that iterates quickly. The focus is on performance-first thinking, ensuring that paid social creative is designed to convert, tested rigorously, and continually optimized.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in paid social or DTC performance
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with strong capability in After Effects
• Experience producing high volumes of ad variants
• Solid understanding of metrics such as CTR, CAC, hook testing, and fatigue cycles
• A portfolio that showcases real performance work (beyond brand campaigns)
• Bonus: UGC-style editing experience
