The content should reflect a ‘Quiet Luxury’ and ‘Modern Nature’ vibe, focusing on storytelling and engagement to drive bookings. Key scenes include the architectural courtyard, golden hour on the deck, the infinity-view pool, and cozy interiors. The freelancer should handle both shoot and edit, delivering raw footage and fully edited content, plus a curated launch week story strategy. Experience with vertical videography, Instagram trends, and relevant editing tools is vital. Ability to travel to the property is required.
