Job Description

Ancient Extracts is a rapidly growing natural wellness brand focused on traditional remedies for modern life. We sell through our website, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, and are expanding quickly through social commerce, creator partnerships, and content-driven marketing. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Creator Partnerships Manager to help drive our next stage of growth through TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms. This is a freelance role based on-site, with strong potential for career progression as the brand continues to scale.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Content Creation: Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms; develop creative content ideas highlighting product quality, sourcing, and education; stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt content strategies; assist with planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Creator & Affiliate Outreach: Identify and recruit creators and affiliates on TikTok and Instagram; build and manage relationships with creators promoting the brand; provide creators with scripts, talking points, and campaign briefs; review and approve creator content to ensure alignment with brand standards; monitor creator performance and scale successful partnerships.
• Affiliate & Partnership Management: Set up and manage affiliate commission structures; support creators with ongoing communication and campaign updates; track affiliate sales performance and optimise partnerships; help grow a network of long-term brand advocates.
• Automation & Customer Engagement: Use tools such as ManyChat to build automated messaging flows; support customer engagement campaigns across social channels; assist with lead generation and marketing automation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing or creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or Meta.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing short-form content.
• Strong communication skills for working with creators and affiliates.
• Highly organised and proactive.
• Interest in social commerce, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
• Must have own laptop and basic equipment.

Bonus Skills (Not Essential):

• Experience with TikTok Shop or creator affiliate programmes.
• Experience using ManyChat or similar automation tools.
• Understanding of Meta or TikTok advertising.
• Interest in wellness, natural health, or supplements.
