Job Description

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tactical marketing campaigns primarily on digital platforms to support corporate and business growth objectives. This role involves defining marketing strategies based on the value proposition, segment profiles, and channels. The officer will plan, implement, and monitor activities across various channels and platforms, using agile project management methodologies. Collaboration with other departments and external partners is essential to ensure brand identity consistency and compliance with various regulations. Candidates with experience in email strategy, agile methodologies, and a willingness to learn about digital marketing are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications.

Experience:

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Platforms or similar tools is preferred but not required.

Other Qualifications:

• Demonstrated execution of marketing strategies.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of digital media metrics, analytics, and tools for measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to create clear visual representations of data.
• Proficient in managing multiple overlapping projects independently.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in problem identification and resolution.
• Effective budget management skills.
• Knowledge of software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce Marketing Platforms, and other cloud-based tools.
• Understanding of policies and regulations relevant to marketing operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may lead the work of others in special circumstances.
