Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist [Urgent]
We are seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across our businesses in medical aesthetics, consumer health, and finance. The ideal candidate will combine prospecting, multi-channel outreach, strong data management, and sales team coordination, focusing on fast execution and clear, measurable results. This is an individual contributor role responsible for pipeline generation and revenue, where you will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, voice, fax, and direct mail. You should be experienced in lead scraping, segmentation, enrichment, and handling multiple sending domains to improve deliverability and campaign results. You will work closely with sales to share insights, align messaging, and track important metrics to inform improvements. Experience in regulated industries and high-speed marketing environments is highly desirable, as is strong copywriting and familiarity with CRMs, automation, and outreach tools.
