Job Description

Next Door Photos San Antonio is a local business with a national footprint focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and more. We prioritize a culture of fun and community service, aiming to provide excellence in both our products and the experience for customers and team members. We are seeking professional, reliable, and talented “Media Pros” to represent our brand and achieve high-quality results in the media captured. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to enhance photography and media skills. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each property taking 40-90 minutes to photograph. This role is part-time with independent contractor status, compensated per service, with additional pay for extended travel. Media Pros are responsible for capturing and uploading media, while NDP manages the rest.

Requirements

We are looking for experienced photographers and videographers. All Media Pros will receive full training on the products offered by NDP. In addition to having the appropriate equipment, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Professionally interact with clients and homeowners.
• Consistently arrive on time for scheduled shoots in various locations.
• Dress professionally while on duty.
• Upload media by 9PM on the day of the shoot.
• Maintain a flexible schedule.
• Keep a Google calendar updated with availability.
• Drive up to 30-40% of the workday.
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards to provide a high-quality product.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the shoot.
• Regularly communicate with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone.
• Be open to receiving feedback and training regarding NDP standards of quality and professionalism.

Additional Information

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
