Job Description

Infosys is seeking an Azure Power BI developer who is a highly skilled Azure Cloud and Power BI expert. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Azure services and Power BI, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures and insightful data visualizations. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to drive cloud strategy, optimize infrastructure, and ensure seamless integration of data analytics. Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in a specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years in cloud, specializing in Azure and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions.
• Strong understanding of cloud security practices and compliance standards.
• Expertise in data integration techniques and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud migration projects.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and data integration.
• Extensive experience with Power BI, including creating complex data models, developing interactive dashboards, and implementing data visualization best practices.
• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and advanced SQL skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in customer interactions, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and quality processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Proven ability to work in a global delivery environment with client stakeholders across the globe to achieve project goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a team within a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
