Job Description

We are looking for a Product Designer & Content Creator for our global pharmaceutical client in Prague who will play a key role in integrating generative AI into the creative and design process. This role is ideal for a systematic thinker and creative technologist who enjoys not only producing high-quality content but also building scalable workflows and frameworks that enable an entire design team to work more efficiently. You will act as a subject matter expert on AI-driven design, creating guides, templates, and tutorials that help the team adopt new tools and processes. While you will be hands-on in content creation, your ultimate success will be measured by how effectively you empower other designers to leverage AI in their daily work.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating development of creative workflows or processes, ideally involving generative AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Gemini, Midjourney, or AI-based video/audio tools.
• Experience creating documentation, playbooks, tutorials, or training materials for design teams.
• Strong background in video production and editing, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex workflows in a clear and practical way.

Additional Responsibilities

AI Workflow Development & Team Enablement

• Pioneer and document new creative workflows that integrate generative AI into video production, asset creation, and UI design.
• Develop clear best-practice guides, templates, and tutorials to help the design team adopt AI-powered workflows.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert on generative AI for the design team, providing guidance and support.
• Standardize processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and creative consistency across projects.

AI-Enhanced Content Creation

• Apply the workflows you create to produce high-quality video content, including product explainers, tutorials, and internal materials.
• Use generative AI tools to create visual assets, illustrations, and creative elements.
• Support UI design activities in Figma, helping create clean and intuitive product interfaces.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with Product Designers and Product Managers to identify opportunities where AI can improve creative workflows.
• Continuously experiment with emerging AI tools and refine established processes.
• Ensure that AI-driven creative workflows remain practical, scalable, and aligned with the needs of the design team.
