Job Description

Local non-profit is building a modern guild-style network to connect learners, tradespeople, mentors, and vendors across communities. We are expanding the digital infrastructure behind this vision and are looking for a web developer or technically minded digital builder to help maintain and improve our website and online systems. This is not just a website project; it is the digital foundation for a growing community of builders.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving the organization’s website and digital platforms
• Building and optimizing landing pages to support outreach and email list growth
• Implementing analytics, tracking tools, and performance monitoring
• Updating website content and improving site performance
• Supporting email newsletter creation, scheduling, and audience growth
• Assisting with integrations between web tools, mailing systems, and communication platforms
• Creating and publishing digital content across web and social platforms
• Supporting development of the organization’s YouTube channel and video content
• Editing or assisting with video production for educational or promotional material (a major plus)
• Collaborating with communications, design, and outreach efforts
