Job Description

Plush Marketing Agency is seeking a confident, personable, detail-obsessed Social Media Shoot Producer based in Arlington, VA, to support a growing roster of clients across Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, Potomac, and Ashburn. This freelance, part-time opportunity involves leading and supporting on-site social media shoots, acting as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring the shot list is captured, and maintaining smooth operations during shoots.

Requirements

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will be extremely personable, kind, reliable, and detail-oriented. They should have experience with social media and be comfortable using their phone to capture high-quality video. Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with Dropbox and Asana is beneficial. Reliable transportation is required for travel across the Northern Virginia and DC areas.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar)
• Comfortable using Dropbox
• Asana experience is a major plus
• Must have a newer phone model (within 3 years) capable of capturing high-quality video
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout Northern Virginia and DC

Growth Opportunity

This role has the potential to expand into social media strategy development, client account support, training in photography and videography, and more consistent or full-time roles based on performance.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $30 to $50 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skill set. Work is allocated as needed, typically resulting in 10-20 hours per week with strong potential for growth.
