Location: Minnesota (Twin Cities + surrounding areas)

Job Type: Contract / Project-Based

Compensation: $500 – $2,000 per shoot

With Minnesota Pride Month coming up, we are hiring confident, expressive models for a bold artistic campaign celebrating empowerment, individuality, and body positivity. This campaign supports the LGBTQ+ community and aims to continue the tradition of visibility, allyship, and pride. All are welcome to participate, especially straight allies and supporters of the LGBTQ+ community, along with individuals of all identities who believe in inclusion and creative expression. This is a professionally produced artistic photography project featuring avant-garde concepts, alternative fashion elements, and powerful visual storytelling.

As Minnesotans, it’s important for us to show our pride, stand together, and celebrate unity through art.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ (Government ID required)
• Professional, reliable, and respectful
• Ability to build rapport with individuals you just met
• Prior modeling experience preferred but not required

Compensation Details

• $500 – $2,000 per shoot
• Pay varies based on experience, concept intensity, and promotional usage
• Shoots typically range from 2–6 hours
• Prompt payment
• Opportunity for multiple bookings during Pride season (and other opportunities if applicable)

Shoots take place in a professional, consent-forward setting. Respect, clear communication, and personal boundaries are always prioritized. The goal is to create a safe, uplifting environment that reflects Minnesota values of support and inclusivity.
