Job Description

Are you ready for a season of focused marketing photo and video capture? We are looking for a talented and high-energy member to join our Traveling Media Team in 2026! As a Seasonal Media Producer, you will be an essential part of capturing impactful visual content for apartment community websites and marketing campaigns. You will travel to shoot 20-30 hours per week within a 200-mile radius from your location, creating exceptional photographs and walk-through video tours while interacting with clients and residents. The position requires a start date of May 18th, 2026, and the season will last from five to seven months.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video according to RentVision’s spec: Create visual content to showcase apartment communities to prospective residents, adhering to RentVision’s established processes.
• Travel to client properties: Drive to client locations and capture media as scheduled, requiring punctuality and reliability.
• Openness to travel: Willingness to accept optional travel assignments, which may involve airline travel and overnight hotel stays.
• Calendar management: Keep track of shoot schedules and understand what needs to be captured at each location.
• Media management: Follow a prescribed media management process to create marketing materials and other content.

Client Communication

• You will interact with apartment community staff on-site, requiring professionalism and excellent communication skills.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with a Media Team with extensive experience, maintaining communication with managers and coordinators for support and feedback.

Requirements

• Have videography & photography experience: Proven experience in professional content creation using mirrorless cameras (Canon preferred).
• Are a collaborator: Ability to work within a creative team to deliver high-quality results.
• Can adapt to change: Strong decision-making skills and adaptability to travel and technology changes.
• Are consistent and persistent: Ability to produce and return high volumes of visual content timely and according to brand standards.
• Want to be an adventurer: Willingness to travel regularly and explore various cities.
• Can handle physical demands: Capability to transport and manage equipment, often requiring physical stamina and a valid driver’s license.
• Have a customer service mindset: Superior customer service skills to create remarkable experiences for clients.
• Have a working knowledge of modern communication tools: Basic tech-savviness and familiarity with tools like Zoom, Dropbox, Slack, and G-Suite.
