Event Content Creator Needed (April 6) – Short-Form Video & Photos for Industry Expo [Urgent]

We’re looking for a content creator or videographer to capture social media content at an industry expo on Long Island. This is an on-site project lasting approximately 5 hours (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) on April 6. The goal is to capture a large amount of short-form video and some photos that can later be edited into social media content. During the event, you’ll be capturing short clips of the expo environment, networking moments, and the overall energy of the show floor. You’ll also film interactions between attendees and a professional headshot photographer, including moments where attendees are discussing their headshots and having their photos taken. This content will be used for social media to show both the event atmosphere and behind-the-scenes moments of professional headshots being created. Deliverables include 50–80 short video clips (5–10 seconds each), a small number of longer clips (15–30 seconds), 30–50 photos, 5–8 attendee interview clips, b-roll of the expo, and coverage of the headshot sessions and setup. Must be available on-site, have modern smartphone or camera with 4K video, and be comfortable capturing vertically oriented content. Editing is not required; please ensure ability to deliver all raw media after the event.
