Job Description

We’re hiring experienced videographers to film lacrosse tournaments and sporting events across MA, CT & RI. Reliable access to a car is required, as you must be willing to travel up to 2 hours away. This position offers steady weekend work throughout the summer and fall. Sports experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Required Gear (must have or be willing to invest)

• Camera capable of internal 4:2:2 10-bit at 4k 60fps or higher
• 70–200mm lens (fixed aperture)
• V90 SD cards
• V-Mount battery
• Tripod with fluid head
• ND filters
• Monitor + battery
• Laptop for editing (not required)
• WiFi (100+ Mbps)

Editing & Workflow

• On-site clip editing (case dependent)
• Same-day uploads following defined workflow
• Training and templates provided

Workshops

• Year-round lacrosse filming workshops available
• Learn sport-specific shooting technique and workflow

Pay & Logistics

• $40–$75/hour (based on gear, experience, reliability)
• Travel time compensated
• Paid promptly after each event
• Consistent bookings for strong performers
