Job Description

We are a premium, private social club launching in Los Angeles, seeking an ongoing, go-to iPhone Videographer/Creator to produce high-end, aesthetic, short-form content (Reels/TikToks) for our brand. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of cinematic lighting, pacing, and luxury aesthetics, executing these skills natively on an iPhone.

Requirements

• The Gear: Must shoot on an iPhone 14 Pro or newer. Must own a gimbal (DJI Osmo or similar) and wireless lav mics (DJI/Rode).
• The Eye: Knowledge of locking exposure, shooting in 4K/60fps for slow-motion B-roll, and using cinematic mode without unwanted edge-blurring.
• The Movement: Understanding of in-camera transitions (whip pans, blocking the lens, match cuts) for seamless editing.
• The Edit: Ability to edit the footage into 4-5 high-retention, fast-paced Reels (using CapCut or Premiere) with clean text overlays and trending/appropriate audio.

The Scope & Pay

• Format: Micro-Shoots (2 to 3 hours max) at locations in LA/Long Beach.
• Compensation: $150 flat for the shoot + $100-$150 flat for editing a batch of 4-5 videos.
• Opportunity: If successful, you may become our exclusive content shooter for all upcoming live dinner events and workshops.
