Bazix is an early-stage fashion brand focused on creating thoughtful wardrobe essentials. We are seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to help drive the brand’s growth, particularly through ecommerce before expanding into physical retail. You will take the lead on digital marketing, campaign management, and building the brand through storytelling and performance channels such as Meta and TikTok. The role involves planning and executing product launches, managing influencer and partnership campaigns, developing CRM and retention strategies, and supporting community engagement efforts. You will collaborate closely with the founders, product teams, and external partners to ensure our marketing efforts align with the brand’s development and product releases. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building processes, is comfortable with full ownership of projects, and brings experience from fashion, lifestyle, or similar consumer brands.
