Founded by beauty industry expert Mary Futher, Kaia Naturals delivers luxurious, cruelty-free products crafted with plant-based ingredients and eco-friendly packaging to tackle concerns like odor, sweat, and dark spots.

This is a part-time freelance hybrid role for a Freelance Influencer Manager based in Toronto. The Freelance Influencer Manager will be responsible for managing influencer partnerships, including identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating collaborations, and fostering relationships. Additional responsibilities include creating influencer campaign strategies, tracking performance and data, providing detailed reports, and staying updated on influencer trends to enhance brand growth and awareness.

Requirements

• Experience with influencer marketing, building partnerships, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in campaign strategy development, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, and online brand engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to analyze influencer performance metrics and market trends effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple campaigns.
• Familiarity with beauty, wellness, or clean beauty industries is a plus.
