Responsibilities

• Write comprehensive articles on various topics including software platforms, automation/AI, and customer experience (CX).
• Adapt tone and complexity to suit the audience and align with relevant style guides.
• Create effective titles for improved CTR and press visibility.
• Implement feedback from editors, clients, and teammates.
• Deliver a solutions-oriented approach to enhancing clients’ online presence.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of content writing experience, particularly in tech-specific content (preferably published on reputable news sites or industry blogs).
• Extensive knowledge in niche areas such as automation/AI, marketing, project management, engagement, and sales.
• Experience in writing for the web, focusing on digital content like long-form guides and thought leadership pieces.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain productive relationships in a remote work environment.
• Strong project management skills with the capability to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Close attention to detail and a focus on producing quality content.
• Proven creativity in generating attention-grabbing ideas for online content.

Suggested Skills

• A 4-year university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate SEO knowledge and familiarity with SEO tools to enhance client websites.
• Experience collaborating with design teams and providing guidance on design and UX best practices.
