Position Purpose: We are seeking a Music Festival Producer to support the execution of the music programme for SXSW London, a large-scale multi-disciplinary festival. This role will serve as the central communication point for internal project teams, vendors, and the festival client, ensuring seamless coordination of music production elements. The ideal candidate will have an execution-minded and organized approach, translating creative intent into actionable plans and managing workflows effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in music festival production, music venue production, or live touring.

• Experience working in grassroots venues and with diverse music scenes and genres.

• Working knowledge of contemporary music and London’s grassroots live music scene.

• Strong understanding of music advancing, technical riders, and production workflows.

• Experience with advancing software (LoadIn preferred, alternatives considered).

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a solutions-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A passion for live music.

Other Information

This application is not for full-time employment. Contract Length: April – June 2026 (Up to 4-5 days a week in April & May, depending on availability). Onsite from 30th May – 7th June.
