Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized YouTube Producer focused on production execution to help manage and deliver high-energy vlog and IRL-style content for a major YouTube entertainment channel. The Producer will work closely with the creative team to plan, coordinate, and execute shoots efficiently, ensuring videos are produced smoothly and on schedule. The position will begin as a freelance opportunity, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Production Planning

• Coordinate logistics for YouTube video shoots
• Schedule filming days and organize production timelines
• Manage locations, permits (when needed), and shoot planning
• Coordinate crew, talent, and equipment

On-Set Production

• Oversee filming to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently
• Manage the production schedule during shoots
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during filming
• Ensure all necessary footage is captured

Production Operations

• Maintain production calendars and shoot schedules
• Coordinate travel and logistics for shoots when required

Requirements

• Experience producing YouTube or digital-first video content
• Experience with vlogging or IRL-style productions
• Strong organizational and logistical skills
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and timelines
• Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
