Content & Operations VA — Part-Time, Remote [Urgent]

I’m a multi-company founder, speaker, and writer building at the intersection of AI, data sovereignty, and the future of work. I need a sharp, self-directed VA to own content execution and operations so I can stay in high-level work. You’ll handle social media scheduling and posting (brand style guide provided), upload YouTube videos (including working sessions, reels, archival videos), manage Substack for posting archival content and maintaining publishing cadence, and set up, schedule, and send Flodesk email campaigns. You will also be responsible for Airtable/Notion workspace management, project tracking, light scheduling, outreach drafts, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate has a strong content background, is hands-on with YouTube Studio, Flodesk, Substack, Airtable, Notion, and uses AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT daily to be more efficient. You should be able to take a brief and work independently. Experience supporting a founder or a personal brand is a plus.
