Job Description: Automation Engineer Mechanic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mukwonago, WI. The role involves conducting maintenance and troubleshooting on automated systems such as palletizing, box handling, and robotic extraction systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on automated systems, including robotic arms and conveyors.
• Perform daily systems checks to verify quality checks are functioning properly.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure housekeeping requirements are met.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to resolve issues with palletizing and product handling systems.
• Dismantle, inspect, and overhaul equipment as required by maintenance programs.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, implementing repairs to restore operations quickly.
• Document maintenance activities and troubleshooting procedures accurately in maintenance logs and systems.

Pay and Benefits
