Job Description

Funded Auto is a modern car brokerage and vehicle concierge service. We are looking for a UGC Content Creator to produce engaging, high-converting short-form videos that explain our services, attract potential clients, and generate leads. The role focuses on content that drives real business results, not just views.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Produce 10–16 videos per week.
• Follow provided content ideas/scripts and contribute your own.
• Create content explaining:
• How our vehicle finder service works.
• How we help clients get cars within their budget.
• Financing vs cash buying options.
• Our test drive companion and concierge services.
• Film content that feels natural, relatable, and trustworthy.
• Include strong hooks and clear calls-to-action (ex: “DM ‘AUTO’ to get started”).
• Create videos suitable for both organic posting and paid advertising.

Content Types

• Problem-Based Hooks: Examples include “Stop going to dealerships without a plan…”
• Educational Content: Examples include “Here’s how our car brokerage works…”
• Lifestyle / POV Content: Examples include “POV: You finally found your car without the stress…”

Compensation

• $12 per video created.
• 3% commission on deals closed from leads generated through your content.
• Performance bonuses for high-performing or viral content.
• Opportunity to earn more as content is scaled into paid ads and monetized.

This role has uncapped earning potential based on performance.

Requirements

• Comfortable creating short-form video content (face-on-camera preferred).
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Ability to create engaging, non-corporate, and authentic content.
• Consistent and reliable with weekly deliverables.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar).

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with UGC or viral content creation.
• Interest in cars, luxury lifestyle, or automotive culture.
• Understanding of marketing, hooks, and conversions.
