Facilitator [Urgent]

Skip the Small Talk is seeking a part-time facilitator to oversee operations and facilitate monthly structured social events in Philadelphia, PA. Our company creates research-backed connection experiences with a focus on fostering genuine interactions and building meaningful community, especially for marginalized groups. You will be responsible for managing events, coordinating with venues, performing minor administrative and marketing tasks, and recruiting/supporting local event helpers. Candidates should have strong communication and public speaking skills, a background in theatre, psychology, or counseling is a plus, and a commitment to social justice. Our supportive team values openness, compassion, and respect. Eligibility for U.S. employment and availability to commit to about 5-10 hours per month is required. Compensation includes $100 per event (3.5-4 hours) and $15/hr for minimal administrative and training work. Additional responsibilities and event formats may be available as demand grows.
