Event Facilitator [Urgent]

Skip the Small Talk is seeking an event facilitator to take over operations in Boulder and Denver, CO. We host research-backed structured social events designed to help people connect more genuinely, rooted in psychology and social interaction activities that work. Our company values community, trust, social justice, and accessibility. The event facilitator will be responsible for organizing and managing at least one event per month (following a training period), with the opportunity to increase event frequency or expand into additional event formats based on demand. Responsibilities include managing relationships with venues, coordinating local helpers, and performing minor administrative and marketing tasks. Eligible applicants should be over 21, able to work on-site in Boulder/Denver, and available for approximately 5-10 hours per month. Relevant experience in public speaking, psychology, counseling, and/or theatre is highly valued.
Budget range:
100 USD per event, plus 15 USD per hour for admin work
