Job Description

Colorado Chautauqua is hiring for the 2026 summer season! The Public Events team is looking for seasonal, part-time stagehands, to assist with stage and audio/visual aspects of event productions at Chautauqua for both CCA produced and co-produced events. Evening and weekend work is required in meeting position responsibilities.

Requirements

As a Stagehand, you will need the following:

• Minimum 2 years stage and/or production experience.
• Experience in audio, lighting and video systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to listen well.
• Flexibility with work schedule is required. Must be able to work nights and weekends.

• A problem solver, confident and calm in stressful situations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service attitude and orientation.
