Job Description

The Ad Council is seeking a Manager, Creators for Good to support influencer strategy and execution for 3-5 campaigns. This role involves the full-service execution of trusted messenger and influencer activations on behalf of Ad Council and its co-branded client campaigns. Responsibilities include influencer strategy development, outreach, content creation, measurement, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of social media, influencer marketing, or talent relations experience.
• Experience managing internal and external clients.
• Ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations and build collaborative relationships.
• Creative and strategic thinking; proactive ideation and activation.
• Self-starter with excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social listening and measurement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Compensation and Engagement

This is a temporary contract position to cover parental leave, anticipated from June 2026 to October 2026. The compensation is in the range of $6,250 - $6,500 monthly, with limited benefits and paid time off. The position can be fully remote.
