Job Description

Carat Spark specializes in Lab diamond jewelry manufacturing, retail & wholesale in the New England region. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to lead and support Social Media Marketing & Content Creation.

Position Type: Part time/ Cash

Location: Remote (Near Simsbury, Connecticut) with weekly in-office meetings

Duration: 3 months+

Responsibilities

• Develop, film, and edit short-form video, reels, photography, and graphics.
• Represent the brand on camera across social platforms.
• Capture live content at offsite events and activations.
• Manage and execute a structured, multi-platform content calendar.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Threads, etc.).
• Generate compelling and shareable content modeling jewelry yourself, including graphics & videos.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content creation.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Proficient in content creation tools and software.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Highly creative and able to think outside the box.
