Job Description

This is a part-time role working at our offices in Draper. This role will act as the content and copy engine of the marketing team—helping translate PMD’s brand, products, and campaigns into clear, compelling storytelling across all channels. We’re looking for someone with a creative background and strong writing skills who can help build a craveable, loyalty-driven brand through consistent voice and messaging.

Requirements

• Core Responsibilities
• Social Media (≈10 hrs/week)
• Write captions aligned with brand voice and campaigns
• Prepare, upload, and schedule content
• Assist in content creation
• Support overall storytelling and consistency across platforms
• Content Marketing (≈5 hrs/week)
• Write and publish SEO focused blog content (Shopify)
• Write and post on LinkedIn to professional audience
• Marketing Copy (≈5 hrs/week, as needed)
• Website copy (PDPs, educational pages customer and professional facing)
• Sales sheets and marketing materials
• Packaging copy
• Ideal Candidate
• Strong storyteller + copywriter (can bring a brand to life through words)
• Creative background with an eye for brand and tone
• Familiar with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Tech-savvy (or quick to learn tools like scheduling platforms + Shopify)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Collaborative, positive, and excited to contribute to team culture

• This person will work closely with the Creative Director + Social Media Manager & Affiliate Coordinator to help build a brand people don’t just buy from—but connect with, trust, and share. They should care about the success of the team as a whole, bring ideas to the table, and contribute to a strong, positive culture.
