Cinematographer for Narrative Short FilmSearching
Cinematographer is needed in Barcelona, Spain.
I am an emerging filmmaker with a background in engineering and visual storytelling, working on an independent narrative short film. The film is set in Barcelona and explores themes of economic disparity, identity, and moral conflict through a character-driven, dialogue-heavy story between a local Catalan man and a foreign expat. The project requires a grounded and naturalistic visual style, focusing on subtle lighting, emotional framing, and restrained camera movement. I am seeking a cinematographer experienced in narrative storytelling, who is comfortable working with actors and shaping the film’s mood, and who can collaborate on visual language such as references, shot design, and tone. The film is intended for festival submission.
