UGC Content Creator for Social Media

Content Creator is needed in Zurich, Switzerland.

kyo GmbH is a Swiss staffing agency specializing in field marketing and connects brands with people at major events and campaigns. We are seeking a creative UGC Content Creator who can make short-form video content to help promote our brand and recruiting efforts on social media. You will coordinate with our project managers and work on-site with our promoter teams to film authentic moments at events across Switzerland, mainly in and around Zurich. This role involves planning shoots, filming short testimonials and dynamic behind-the-scenes reels, and editing videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. We’re looking for someone comfortable in fast-paced field marketing environments who can direct non-professional talent and deliver ready-to-publish, on-brand content. Fluency in German is essential and owning basic filming equipment is required.

We know video is where the attention is — especially on Instagram Reels and TikTok — and we’re ready to make that shift.
