Job Description

Job Title: AI Developer

Experience: 7+ years

Location: Remote

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.
• Integrate and work with LLMs (Large Language Models) such as Claude for AI-driven workflows.
• Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python Flask.
• Leverage tools like Cursor or similar AI-assisted coding platforms to enhance development productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize AI models and workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing AI-based systems.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML development and LLM integrations.
• Experience working with Claude AI and Cursor (or similar AI development tools).
• Strong experience with Flask framework for backend/API development.
• Solid understanding of building and deploying AI-driven features in applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with other LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
