Job Description
Presto Pizza is looking for a creative and dependable Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our local brand, increase online orders, and improve our digital presence. We need someone who can create engaging content, manage social media pages, run paid ads, promote specials, and help us attract more local customers. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and local business marketing. Restaurant or food marketing experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Take photos and videos of menu items, specials, store activities, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses to audience interactions.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; utilize insights to refine marketing tactics.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to improve organic reach on search engines and social platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other digital channels to boost reach and conversions effectively.
- Analyze web analytics with tools like Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand storytelling through media outreach, press releases, and community engagement initiatives.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while ensuring proofread quality for all published content.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product descriptions, promotional content, and visual assets that drive online sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of social listening tools such as Brandwatch or Sprout Social is preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics is required.
- Experience running Facebook Advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and content creation best practices.
- Ability to craft compelling visual content through photography or video editing using relevant software or applications.
- Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for detail to ensure all content aligns with branding standards.
- Knowledge of relationship management strategies within social media communities to foster positive engagement.
