Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Content Creator (UGC Style)

Schedule: Approximately 4 hours per week (flexible)

J&W Heating and Air is a fast-growing HVAC company serving homeowners in Northeast Florida. We’re looking for a creative and reliable person to help capture short-form video and photo content from real HVAC jobs and turn it into engaging social media posts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys filming, editing short videos, and creating authentic social media content.

Responsibilities

• Capture short videos and photos from HVAC jobs, installs, and technician tips
• Create 3–5 short-form videos per week for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Take before-and-after photos of equipment and installations
• Highlight technicians and team members in short clips
• Turn customer reviews into simple social posts
• Upload content to our social media platforms and Google Business page
• Help build a library of jobsite photos and videos for future marketing

Examples of Content You’ll Create

• “What our tech found today” videos
• Before-and-after HVAC installs
• Quick homeowner HVAC tips
• Technician spotlights
• Customer review highlights

Qualifications

• Comfortable filming with a smartphone
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar apps)
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video
• Creative and able to spot interesting content opportunities
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Local to the St. Augustine / Jacksonville area

Compensation

$25–$100 per hour depending on experience.

Expected Output

• 3–5 short videos per week
• 3–5 photos from job sites
• 1 Google Business update per week
