Job Description

This role is for a Motion Designer at Solveintelligence.com, a $55M backed AI platform for Intellectual Property. As the first dedicated motion hire, you will shape the visual identity of a generational AI company by creating cinematic product videos and animations that simplify complex technical concepts. You will work directly with the founders and take ownership of creative direction for social media, global conferences, and high-impact product launches.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics with a portfolio showcasing cinematic, product-focused animation quality.
• Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Figma, with the capability to narrate user experiences through physics-based motion.
• A high-energy, self-directed professional attitude, thriving in fast-paced startup environments and prioritizing rapid execution.
