Job Description

We are a creative marketing agency based in Florida looking for a highly motivated Freelance Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a project-based position for someone who is results-driven, proactive, and experienced in performance marketing.

Important: Your role will be focused strictly on ad setup, management, and optimization. All creatives (videos, images, copy) and any required website adjustments will be provided by our team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance (ROAS, conversions, CPL).
• Analyze data and improve results consistently.
• Work with provided creatives and landing pages.
• Communicate with clients when necessary in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience running paid ads.
• Proven results (ROAS, lead generation, conversions — must provide examples).
• Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and scaling campaigns.
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required).
• Strong communication skills (client-facing when needed).
• Highly motivated, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Based in Florida (preferred).
