We’re looking for a freelance E-commerce / Digital Marketing Specialist to own and manage our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, drive qualified traffic to our website, and help increase online sales. This is a remote, freelance role ideal for someone who understands both performance marketing and brand-building in the DTC space.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Develop performance-driven strategies to increase website traffic, conversions, and ROAS.
• Test and iterate on creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve results.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights and reporting.
• Collaborate with our team on promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Stay up to date on Meta ad trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience running Meta ads for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Strong understanding of paid social funnels, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience working with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness brands.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, email marketing, or CRO strategies.
• Creative input on ad concepts and messaging.
