Actor is needed in Krabi, Thailand.

We are casting for ‘FISHERS’, a Thai-language supernatural thriller short film shooting on location in Krabi, Thailand, from May 21–25, 2025. We are seeking an actor for paid named roles and extras. The project will submit to festivals in the US, Europe, and Asia, and meals and transport are covered on all shoot days. This production requires talent comfortable with acting, physical stillness, and naturalistic performances as described in the roles. Self-tape or in-person meetings are available in Bangkok or Krabi. The filmmaker, Blake Bohls, is experienced in atmospheric films and multidisciplinary storytelling. Who are you, and what do you do?
Blake Bohls is a filmmaker and creative director whose work spans film, animation, and visual storytelling. His projects are defined by atmospheric world-building and environmentally grounded genre narratives, often exploring themes of movement, memory, and unseen forces within contemporary life. Blake has developed and produced work internationally across USA, Europe and Asia. His multidisciplinary background as a senior designer and art director for the music industry informs a precise, production-ready approach to filmmaking that integrates story, image, and sound as a unified system. This short film marks a focused step toward long-form narrative filmmaking, expanding a visual and thematic world Blake intends to continue developing in future projects.
