UX Designer for mobile app
UX Designer is needed in South Africa.
We are seeking a freelance UX Designer to review and improve the user experience across our platform. You will be working with our QA Lead, product, and engineering teams to turn complex interfaces into clear, intuitive user flows. Your main tasks include reviewing current screens, identifying areas of confusion or clutter, clarifying calls to action, and proposing simplified layouts and user journeys. You should produce wireframes, user flows, and clear before/after comparisons for engineering, ensuring your designs align with our existing system and the mental models of our users. This position requires a strong portfolio in simplifying complex interfaces, using modern design tools—especially Figma—and being comfortable with remote, asynchronous work. The role focuses on systematic, modular improvements made page by page, and requires proactive, clear communication with the team.
