Job Description

We’re looking for a confident, creative Content Creator to be the face of our short-form ads and social media content. You’ll appear on camera, film engaging videos, and help bring local businesses to life through authentic, high-converting content.

Responsibilities

• Appear on camera for ads (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Film and create engaging content for local businesses
• Deliver scripts naturally OR improvise based on key talking points
• Collaborate on creative ideas and hooks for ads
• Visit local businesses and shoot content on-site
• Stay on top of social media trends and adapt content style accordingly
• Help improve ad performance through iteration and feedback

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to create engaging, fast-paced content
• Basic filming skills (iPhone or camera is fine)
• Understanding of TikTok/Instagram style content
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Based in or able to travel around Toledo (preferred)

Bonus Points

• Experience creating UGC (user-generated content) or ads
• Editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Background in acting, hosting, or social media
• Existing social media presence

Compensation and Work Location

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
