I am looking to start and join my own girlgroup, with the aim of forming a group called girlcode that reflects confidence and self-love. I want there to be 4-6 members in total, and I have no previous experience in training or music. This group should be long term and eventually become a full-time commitment. I am 19 years old, currently living with my parents, and have plenty of free time to discuss ideas for this project. I am seeking an executive producer with skills in training and conceptualizing, who can manage the process and guide the creation of the group, as I need someone who can handle all aspects of the project.
