Job Description

Wondr Health is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to drive the enablement of the event marketing strategy. This role will build quarterly and annual plans that incorporate in-person and virtual third-party trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and more. The individual will own the end-to-end event management process, ensuring optimization for lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and brand visibility.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple events or workstreams simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence cross-functionally.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring ROI and attribution.
• Comfort working with budgets, contracts, and basic reporting.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong collaborator willing to support ad-hoc or time-sensitive requests.
• Self-driven with strong initiative and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management.
• 2-5 years of event marketing or demand generation experience.
• Proven experience managing in-person and virtual sponsored conferences and hosted events, including logistics, vendors, timelines, and budgets.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise B2B environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and project management platforms like Asana.
• Experience managing events that drive measurable pipeline or revenue outcomes.
• Comfort creating or adapting basic event collateral in partnership with design.

Additional Information

This position reports to the SVP of B2B Marketing and manages a part-time event coordinator. General working conditions can be remote or in the office based on departmental requirements. Work schedules may vary, and individual workstations are generally shared.
