Job Description

MOSHEKO Cosmetics is a luxury beauty brand seeking a highly skilled Cosmetic Packaging Designer to support ongoing product development and packaging execution during a major e-commerce relaunch. This is a project-based 1099 contractor role with the opportunity for long-term collaboration. The designer will be responsible for creating and preparing packaging designs that are fully production-ready for manufacturers, with a focus on luxury branding and clean aesthetics.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in cosmetic or beauty packaging design
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Deep understanding of die lines, bleeds, CMYK color profiles, and print production standards
• Ability to convert and export files for factory/manufacturer use (China preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a clean, luxury design sense

Requirements:

• Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• Must be reachable via phone, text, chat, and Zoom
• Must be extremely responsive
• Ability to meet fast turnaround times
• Reliable internet and communication setup

Compensation

Project-based pay (competitive Philippine market rate), with ongoing work available based on performance. Pay ranges from $1,000.00 to $30,000.00 per year.

Legal & Compliance

Contractor must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an Independent Contractor Agreement (1099). All work produced will be the exclusive property of MOSHEKO Cosmetics.
