10bits is a Healthcare and Professional Staffing Company that provides hospitals and medical facilities with high-quality clinical professionals. We are seeking a Social Media Content Specialist to create engaging content across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This role includes content creation, coordination with internal teams, and managing social media campaigns. The position is a 12-month contract located in Chicago, IL 60606.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• 2–3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Experience using social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred)
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting
• Portfolio showcasing design work or standout social content
• Comfortable appearing on camera for demonstrations
• Experience managing content calendars and campaign execution
• Experience working with influencers/creator partnerships preferred
• Experience in the pet care or consumer products industry
• Access to a dog for product demonstrations (highly preferred)
• Experience using AI-assisted content tools

Schedule

• 40 hours/week
• Monday – Friday
• 8 AM to 5 PM

Compensation

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
